Andy developed and refined his skills in sales, marketing, communications, and client services in other businesses prior to entering real estate. He was the Manager of New Business Development Sales and Marketing for Scholastic, Inc, the Director of Political Fundraising for an Albany, NY District Attorney race and a Higher Education Development officer at Ithaca College. Andy's varied and successful career thus far is an excellent benefit to the client's he serves.

Education and Training
Andy received his B.A. in Politics and Speech Communication from Ithaca College and earned his Masters in Public Administration from the Rockefeller School at SUNY Albany. Andy avidly researches the current real estate trends and has completed hundreds of hours of real estate training from Coldwell Banker, the MLS and the Real Estate Boards providing him with the skills necessary to provide truly remarkable service. Andy is a member of the Newtown Board of Realtors, Fairfield County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Andy has achieved his Certificate in Legal Risk Reduction, is a Cartus Network Inventory Specialist, Marketing Specialist, and Referral Specialist.

Awards And Designations
Most recently Andy has been included as a member of "Top-5", An exclusive group of Real Estate Professionals held to the highest standards year over year.  Andy has also been recognized by Real Estate Magazine as one of the Nation's "50 Agents On The Rise".  This is a National recognition awarded to 50 agents who have proven their abilities to both serve their clients and communities at an elite level.  Andy was also honored as "Rookie of the Year" for all of Fairfield County and inducted into the Coldwell Banker "Sterling Society" for superior performance.

Personal Background
Andy and his wife Jessica currently reside in the Sandy Hook portion of Newtown with their two dogs Ellie & Charlie. Andy spent his childhood in the Bucks County, Pennsylvania area and is now very proud to call Connecticut his home for the past several years. Andy has partnered with his father-in-law Bob Tendler. Bob has specialized in Newtown Real Estate for over 30 years and owned Bob Tendler Real Estate for 24 years. Andy is eager to share his real estate and local knowledge with you.
